Hello!
I'm Latte🐹, the designer of the mystery adventure game <Professor Nowhere>.
To boost morale and work efficiency in May,
We had an offline meeting and a company dinner😊
It's called Work With Us.
For busy team members, I rented a study room for half a weekend.
It is a program in which each person's work, meetings, and after-party are concentrated in a day.
We named it <work with us>, meaning time for all team members to work together.
For this <work with us>, we work for 3 hours separately,
The rest was fun board game time with chicken!
Planning, development🦉, and art🦔 gathered to receive real-time feedback as they worked together.
Long time together and small but instant brainstorms came and went, especially in scenarios, UI, a lot of progress!
We had a great time playing board games together as an after party 🥂
We didn't see the ending because the board game took longer than I thought.
It was a valuable time because it was artistically inspired and enjoyable to play the board game itself. :D
It would be nice to continue <work with us> and stimulate each other whenever game development is slow.
I'm looking forward to seeing progress in game development starting with this meeting.
